Student Socials £50 Bar Tab Terms & Conditions

Big Belly offers eligible university clubs, societies and committees a £50 bar tab when they book a student social at Big Belly for 10 or more people.

1. The offer is available to recognised university clubs, societies, committees and similar student groups.
2. A minimum of 10 people must attend the booked social for the £50 bar tab to be honoured.
3. The booking must be made in advance through Big Belly and the £50 Student Socials offer must be mentioned or applied to the booking before the event.
4. The offer is available on any day of the week, subject to availability and any venue booking restrictions.
5. The £50 bar tab is valid for use during the pre-booked social only and cannot be applied retrospectively to an event that was not booked under this offer.
6. Only one £50 bar tab may be claimed by each club, society or committee within any 12-month period.
7. Multiple committees, representatives or members of the same club or society may not claim separate £50 tabs on behalf of the same organisation.
8. The £50 bar tab has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another group or booking.
9. Any spend above the £50 bar tab must be paid for by the group or its members.
10. The tab may only be used on products available from the Big Belly bar during the booking and is subject to normal venue licensing rules and responsible alcohol service.
11. All guests purchasing or consuming alcohol must be aged 18 or over. Valid photographic identification may be required.
12. Big Belly reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with licensing requirements and responsible service policies.
13. The offer cannot be combined with another complimentary bar tab, promotional credit or similar group incentive unless agreed in writing by Big Belly in advance.
14. Big Belly may ask for reasonable evidence that the booking represents the stated university club, society or committee.
15. If the group does not meet the minimum attendance of 10 people, cancels the booking, or fails to attend, Big Belly may withdraw the £50 bar tab.
16. Big Belly reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time. Any qualifying booking already confirmed in writing before a change will be honoured in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking.
